Minimum Requirements

We’re hiring experienced, dependable, and nurturing individuals who meet the following employment criteria:

  • Please be 20 years or older
     

  • Please have a valid U.S. government-issued ID
     

  • Please provide documentation verifying legal authorization to work in the United States
     

  • Please have a clean criminal background check spanning seven (7) years
     

  • Please have a clean driving record for the past three (3) years 
     

  • Possess at least two (2) years of professional childcare experience
     

  • Please have a high school diploma or equivalent

  • Please be fluent in English and able to communicate effectively
